Powers and Power bars

Alright, I know this might be a bit confusing to explain, but hang in there and I will answer all questions you might ask.

Power bars, like cell phone bars, tell how strong and potent the power is. The only person who can read the power bars is Diana.

a one bar has a power but it will be something weak. I shall use super speed for an example.

Speed-
One bar- up to 60 miles an hour
two bar- 75 mph
three bar- 90 mph
four bar- 120 mph

Teleportation- (Astrid, Kurt, Repliku)
One bar- range up to one mile
two bar- range up to 3 miles
three bar- range up to 5 miles
four bar- range up to 10 miles

Strength- (Quasimodo, Ella)
1 bar- 100 pounds
2 bar- 300 pounds
3 bar- 500 pound
4 bar- 1000 pounds

Intangibility- (Kida)
1 bar- lasts up to 1 minute
2 bar- lasts up to 10 minutes
3 bar- lasts up to 30 minutes
4 bar- lasts up to an hour

Mind Control- ( Kayley)
1 bar- lasts up to 1 minute
2 bar- lasts up to 10 minutes
3 bar- lasts up to 30 minutes
4 bar- lasts up to an hour

Necromancy- (Flynn, Namine)
This is control of the dead, but you cannot bring them to life
1 bar- lasts up to 1 minute
2 bar- lasts up to 10 minutes
3 bar- lasts up to 30 minutes
4 bar- lasts up to an hour

BloodBending- (Hiccup, Namine)
1 bar- lasts up to 1 minute
2 bar- lasts up to 10 minutes
3 bar- lasts up to 30 minutes
4 bar- lasts up to an hour

Invisibility
1 bar- lasts up to 1 minute
2 bar- lasts up to 10 minutes
3 bar- lasts up to 30 minutes
4 bar- lasts up to an hour

Controlling Gravity
1 Bar- lift anything an inch off of the ground
2 bar- lift anything a foot off of the ground
3 bar- lift anything a yard off of the ground
4 bar- lift anything a mile off of the ground

Healing- (Lana, Rapunzel)
1 bar- simple injuries
2 bar- everything above and cuts an inch deep
3 bar- everything above and deep cuts, cancer, broken bones
4 bar- everything above and illness

Density Changing
3 bar- changing your density to any setting

Radiation- (as in shooting heat out of your hands like a microwave will do.)
1 bar- 70 °F
2 bar- 100 °F
3 bar- 150 °F
4 bar- 200 °F

Siren- (Singing pretty enough to practically make people relax and stop moving.)
2 bar- slow down and freeze people until you run out of breath.

Illusion
1 bar- basic little small illusion, not very big.
2 bar- medium sized illusion, can create people.
3 bar- big illusion, can make sounds to go with illusion
4 bar- can change the victim's entire world around them if the illusionist focuses.

Heating.
1 bar- 70 °F
2 bar- 100 °F
3 bar- 150 °F
4 bar- 200 °F

Ice
1 bar- 50 °F
2 bar- 0 °F
3 bar- -30 °F
4 bar- -100 °F

i want Anya to have ice/cryogenetic powers as for Dimitri let him have fire/pyrokenetic powers
